Terms and conditions
● Children up to 5 years: free
● We do not charge service fees
● Check-in 14:00hs, check-out 12:00hs (please, ask for free check-in and check-out)
● Each flat can confortably accomodate up to 4 guests
● Educated pets are allowed, but we kindly ask you to never leave them alone in the flats
● Guests will be held responsible for any possible damage caused
● Booking is recommended
Bookings
● The booking is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total value by bank deposit● The deposit can be made in Brazil (BRL) or in Europe (EUR)
● The remaining 50% by cash (BRL) on arrival
● For deposits made abroad, the transfer and change costs are charged to the customer
● The booking pre-payment will not be returned for any reason
● We are not working with credit or debit cards, we do not accept checks
Cancellations and no-show
● Cancellations with at least 48h before the check-in, giving the right to a credit of the total paid value to be used within the next 60 days● Cancellations with less than 48h from the check-in, not entitled to any refund and the paid value is retained as a cancellation penalty
● During high season, special packages, holidays and long weekends, the minimum time for a cancellation is 7 days
● In case of no-show (waiver without notice) or holiday interruption, the customer is required to pay the total price of the booked period
